This is a tutorial on how to make a paper airplane. We're learning how to create the basic dart, which is the oldest type of paper airplane.
Fold a regular sheet of paper in half, lengthwise, and form a crease along the spine.
Fold one corner of the folded sheet inward and align the edge to the spine, and form a crease.
Flip the paper plane over and fold that corner over in the same way, and pressing down the fold to create a crease.
Now fold one side down again towards the spine of the paper plane, and press the fold down to form a nice crease in the paper.
Flip the plane over and fold that side down in the same way, again be sure to form a nice creased edge.
Now you're going to fold that side down again, in the same way.
Flip the paper airplane over and fold that side down, once again in the same way. As the paper gets thicker from all the folds, it get's relatively more difficult to fold, so just work with the paper until you get it.
That's it, you've just made a paper airplane like they did as far back as 1900. Now let it fly! I hope you enjoyed this paper airplane tutorial. Be sure to leave a comment.
