Here's what you're going to need to make Banana Pecan Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding.
Four Dunkin Donuts coffee rolls, chocolate chips, four eggs, milk, salt, cooking spray, heavy cream, two overripe bananas and vanilla.
In a large mixing bowl, mash up the two bananas. Add two cups of milk, the four eggs, a pinch of salt and one teaspoon vanilla and blend them together.
Once the banana, egg and milk mixture is fully blended, add a half cup sugar.
Dice the coffee rolls into half inch cubes. Stir the cubed coffee rolls into the batter along
with a half cup of chopped pecans. Let it sit for five minutes and then turn it into
an 8x8 baking pan coated with cooking spray. Cook for 50 to 60 minutes in a 350 degree
oven. Put one cup of heavy cream into a glass measuring cup and heat till boiling. Add one
cup of special dark chocolate chips and stir. Stir till all the bits of chocolate are completely
melted into the cream. Set the sauce aside; it will thicken as it cools. When the pudding
is finished baking, let it cool completely and then refirgerate. When the pudding is
completely chilled, cut it into squares, drizzle with the chocolate sauce and serve. Enjoy!
