Dan DiLuccio here from Bodies By Design. Today I'm here to talk to you about peanut butter.
As a personal trainer, a lot of our clients ask us how to get protein in their diet. A
lot of them seem to think that peanut butter is a source of good quality high-protein.
I just want to let you know right now that that's a myth. Typically peanut butter will
have high amounts of saturated fats and oils and is relatively low in protein typically
having about three to four grams per serving. We now have this new protein available that
has fourteen grams of protein per serving. The new peanut butters and almond butters
