On behalf of Expert Village I'm Lizbeth Muller and today I will show you an Asian chicken
dinner that is absolutely delicious. The white rice is now completely cooked. Look at that.
Nice and soft and fluffy. Perfect for any Asian food or Spanish cooking. I'm Cuban and
we cook a lot of white rice. We're constantly putting white rice over everything with sauces.
See how well that cooked fluffy? And see how it moves around? It's not sticky. You don't
want your rice to be sticky. It didn't stick much to the pan. Look at that. It didn't even
stick to the pan at all. You don't want it to stick to the pan because then it's hard
rice and that's not good. So I warmed up the chicken Asian style with lots of vegetables.
