Even the most talented chefs will discover that cooking in another's kitchen

I work in a much larger environment
with more tables and more people in the kitchen and uh... the menu might be small
but you know for fewer people in the kitchen, a small menu means a lot!
When all the pots and pans are stored, our trading chefs meet to compare notes
from their culinary adventure. It was fun today to trade with you
you know but you know what? I'm gonna look at my kitchen with a different eye
on a different point-of-view tomorrow. Uh huh... and i'm gonna enjoy every minute of it I think.
