Ooops, missed a check point, lap won't be count. *sadface*
Of course, these checkpoints are just placeholders
They will be invisible and much wider. The track itself will penalise the driver (grass, gravel, etc...)
There is no difference in different surface types yet, it'll be implemented soon.
But first, I need to fix the engine of the car, add gears,
control the torque and control the grip better.
Now, I just control the sideway traction by speed. The higher the speed, the lower the traction.
The game uses built in wheel colliders
About the track: this is just a test track, not very detailed. I'll make much better looking tracks, but it's good for testing physics.
Track creation is low priority task at this time.
Restart... trying to run a timed lap.
You can't spin turn... yet. It's not so hard to implement, but needs a little work on it.
One more lap!
I wish, I could burn some rubber!
