Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make some stuffed mushrooms
with ham and shrimp. So now we have our shrimp peeled and ready. What we are going to do
is chop these finely; they are going to go into our stuffing. So we have our shrimp.
Now sometimes you can see there is a vein that goes down the back and these are really
nice and clean. But sometimes you would get some especially wide caught that has a lot
of vein down the back. You see this has a little bit here so you can just go ahead and
cut it down the back. Take that right out it is really easy to do and just set that
aside. So this is what your shrimp would be like. So what I like to do is start lining
these up on the cutting board and this is going to make it easier on me. You can do
it all at the same time. You don't have to worry about doing one at a time. So just go
ahead and line them up here, come across and just run your knife through. You see you can
do all of these at one time.
