So pizza take on a lot of different forms, but what's becoming super popular is grilled
pizza.
Now if you have a major grill outside, you can do it the exact same way I'm doing it
inside. I just know a lot of people don't have a giant grill at their disposal. So,
a grill pan does the work perfectly.
First step is you roll out your pizza just like you would before, just like with any
pizza. And I'm going to oil one side of the pizza. All right. Just kind of spread that
around. This is going to be the grill side down part of the pizza. All right.
So get that all good to go. A good amount of salt. All right. And then I'm going to
grab it from underneath and take it right to the grill. Hot, hot grill, as hot as it
gets. Just kind of lay it down. Perfect.
Give it about two minutes. We're going to check it. We're not trying to cook it all
the way through, we're just trying to get those grill marks. So high heat, oil side
down, getting those grill marks. Now, while that's happening, I'm going to oil the other
side. Perfect. Give the other side just a little sprinkle of salt.
Notice how we have not added any toppings yet. It's the grill process first, then you
bring it back, you add your toppings, and I'll show you how to fix it up.
