So, you want to start your first mortgage business, or your first business. You're a
mortgage broker, and you want to start makin' a lot more many than what you're makin' now,
and you want to start your own business. No problem. I'll tell you how to do it. My name
is Adriel Torres. I'm the owner of utimatecredittoday.com. The first thing I suggest is to seek legal
counsel. Every state is going to have different laws and different regulations as far as operating
a mortgage broker business. In the state of Florida for instance you have to be a licensed
mortgage broker, and have that license active for at least a year with another broker or
a lender before you can apply to get the license that's required to operate a business. On
top of that license you also need to be incorporated, you have to have a corporation, whether it's
an LLC, or you're an Inc. or you're incorporated, or sole proprietorship, whatever the case
may be you have to another legal entity besides yourself. Also, you have to have not only
the license, but you have to have, on some states you have to pay quite a little bit
of money to the state for the licensing and the overall setup, so please make sure you
seek legal counsel on how to start your own mortgage broker business. You follow those
rules you'll start on your way to makin' a lot more money than what you're makin' now.
Again, Adriel Torres, I'm the owner of ultimatecredittoday.com. Thank you very much.
