The Nashville trend might be for homes still to be torn down,
but I'm so pleased, there is a growing audience in Highland Park, and across Dallas,
of people recognizing not only this aesthetic value of an original Highland Park Estate Home,
but also the economic value. They understand smart sophisticated buyers
that, every time an old house gets torn down, there's one less original Estate Home to compete with
as their home goes up in value far more than generic builder homes.
Over the years, we'll still lose some good houses,
but there are also going to be some home owners that really take advantage
of the great architecture in Highland Park, that will be fashionable and enjoyable for another 100 years.
