Hi everyone! Today, I will be showing you how to make gluten free chocolate chip cookies
without butter! This recipe makes about 2 dozens of cookies and only has 10 simple ingredient.
Plus it's really easy to make! To get an idea of how much I used, click on the link below

Place 2 cups of oats into the food processor and process them until it looks like this.
Set the oats aside and now fully blend the two ripe pears into sauce-like consistency.
Blend in the avocado and remaining wet ingredients like eggs and vanilla extract.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, place in the oat flour and dry ingredients. Slowly add
some of the wet mixture and mix them together. Add in more of the mixture and combine the
remaining 2 cups of oats and mix well.
