We've worked on getting the *** prepared for treatment. We've assessed where we need
to treat the angular growth in the hair, so I'm going to actually get working on Pam's
breast. Now I have her draped so, as I work, we're not exposing the area; and then I'm
going to treat the hair. We slide in, like we always have, with the angular growth. Now
these hairs are pretty light, so I have readjusted the machine to treat this area, and I just
let the hairs drop. And I slide in the angular growth, and I go around like a clock and treat
this--the hair--just the way that it's growing out of the skin. Sometimes I need to taunt
the area a little bit. I don't want to stretch too much that we don't get a straight shot
down the follicle. So in we go and away we go. We're--now we're working. I call "cooking
with cheese". We're doing the job. The client's very comfortable, and the hair is--we're moving
along--and I'd go around the breast. Now normally with this, if there was a lot of growth, I'd
do one side. And then I'm going to bring the breast, and I'm going to clean the MLO way,
and I'm going to go around the breast, and as I work.
