JOE WILES: In this segment, we're going to talk about number 47 which is Eric Clapton's
"Layla." Let's take a look at the guitar. The song starts out. Hit the open A string.
Then, hammer your ring finger here onto the 3rd fret of that same string. Use your middle
finger here on the 2nd of the G string here and we're actually going to hit the open B
and this G string here. Okay? And way back down, we're going to hit the open D, 3rd fret
A, and then, hit a power chord on the 1st fret of the A string, 3rd fret of D string,
3rd fret of the G string. Slide it up two frets, one, two, then, hit the lower half
of the D chord, which is you open D string, 2nd fret G string, 3rd fret B string. Slowly
and together, it sounds like this.
