There are definitely different types of hair removal methods depending on your skin type,
hair type, and the coarseness of the follicle. I'd like to stay with the first thing. If
you have very coarse hair, granted most of the times you have more melon in your skin,
that means your skin is darker. So if we take the biggest thing that we're talking about
is the permanent hair removal you should make sure that the machine is set or it's a YAG
type of laser and that does a better job and is more effective with dark skin. If you have
very light skin, fine hair then I always suggest an Alexandrite laser.
Now let's take it a step back. If you're going to wax one of the important things if you
have the very coarse dark hair, what you want to do is make the follicles a bit finer. So
there's a couple of things we could do with that, utilizing a Capislow or Completely Bare
Don't Grow There, makes the hair up to 50 percent finer. Therefore you don't have to
wax as often and the hair is finer in between and less ingrown hairs. The other option is
shaving. Shaving is great when you have fine hair, light skin and therefore when you shave
it doesn't grow back as often. You don't have to worry about getting any of the stubble.
So usually with the fine, light hair I always say shave. It's easier, it's simpler.
