I'm Mark Alyn for Expert Village. We're going to build our sauce for our Cornish game hen.
We're going to start of course by using a very large pan. Turn your flame on high. Then
I use maybe two to three tablespoons of olive oil. You want to watch your calories and if
you don't care, you can use more. First thing I throw in is the rosemary. I let it heat
up for just a minute or so on high. I'm going to use maybe a quarter of a cup of rosemary
and just sprinkle it in there. Now as that heats up you are going to start smelling that
wonderful smell of the olive oil cooking along with the rosemary. Rosemary is one of the
oldest herbs that people have cooked with for thousands and thousands of years. They
are many different variety and you can find it all over the world, very interesting stuff.
