For 30 years,
{\an5}ISA has provided specific training for jobs in the food industry,
because it's the natural outlet for agriculture
and also because it's France's 1st economic sector
with 20% of the total business and 580,000 jobs.
Quality managers,
production and supply chain managers,
R&D engineers,
environment managers,
marketing project managers:
all these are found in the food sector.
All these enable people to find suitable careers.
At ISA, students play an active part in their training.
We combine theoretical teaching and practical teaching
with lab work in a food technology center
where students can work
on full-scale production equipment.
There are also internships and company projects which let students
gain concrete experience.
The food sector is now an international industry.
Consumers aren't just French - they're from all over the world.
ISA anticipated this change a decade ago.
We're the only ones to offer an international master's degree
in food technology entirely taught in English.
So, food technology is at the heart of ISA's expertise.
It's not surprising that over a third of our graduates
decide to work in this branch.
