So I've let this cool for just a few seconds, so that it's not hot when I go back to it,
and I'm going to use my hard rib now, and my hands, and I'm not going to use any water.
And the first thing I'm going to do, is just pull this from the bottom, stretch this base
out a little bit more. I'm doing this very gently, and slowly. And then I'm going to
take this hard rib and push this top further in towards the center. I'm using my left index
finger or forefinger, whatever, middle finger, underneath to support. Because if you just
push down with the rib, you're still going to collapse it and you might even create torque,
which will make your pot wobbly.
Just be patient and do that a couple times. If you try to do it all in the first step,
you'll, often it won't work out very well. And now I'm just going to take the corner
of my rib, and push that neck in, slowly and gently. A little bit further. Now, this edge does not have to be perfect,
because it's going to be covered up by the neck of the bottle when I'm done. But I am
going to take my needle tool and cut just a little bit off the top so that it's smooth,
and now I'll set this aside and make the neck before I put them together.
